IT Service Desk Apprenticeship

The IT Apprentice will support the IT department in the maintenance and operation of the company’s computing needs. The role involves assisting in the management of hardware, software, and network systems. As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience and knowledge in a professional IT setting, contributing to their development and understanding of the field.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide technical support to staff and assist in troubleshooting issues to maintain business operations.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
  • Support the IT team in the implementation of new technology solutions.
  • Participate in the documentation of IT processes and user guides.
  • Collaborate with team members on IT projects and initiatives.
  • Engage in learning and development opportunities to enhance IT skills and knowledge.
  • You will be expected to carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main duties
