Digital Marketing Manager (FTC Maternity Cover)

Castle Water are looking for passionate Digital Marketing Manager to work on FTC for 12 months to cover maternity within in our Marketing Team. This is an exciting role with great training opportunities both internally and externally and will be part of a supportive and lively team with a strong emphasis on knowledge-sharing.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing strategies and campaigns. Your responsibilities will encompass managing online marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid social media, and driving online sales. You’ll be tasked with analysing market trends, customer insights, and digital campaign performance to develop effective digital marketing solutions that enhance sales and optimise conversions.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, increase lead generation and boost online sales
• As a skilled user of Hubspot, or similar marketing automation platform, you will ensure we have a healthy lead funnel and will develop automation strategies to maximise the user experience and create effective nurture streams
• Manage and optimise SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns to enhance online sales and conversion rates
• Analyse digital marketing trends and insights, optimising spend and performance based on these insights
• You will collaborate with our brand and content team, and other departments, to create landing pages and engaging content that supports the customer journey and optimises sales conversion
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to improve conversion rates
• Utilise strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints, focusing on conversion optimisation
• Manage our SEO and SEM agencies to ensure optimum performance and value for money
• You will actively identify new channels and opportunities to increase lead generation – this includes identifying how AI can scale delivery
• Fully understand the KPIs in their area and takes responsibility for their delivery

What you'll bring to the role

• A degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven working experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on driving online sales and optimising conversions
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, motivate, and drive sales
• Experience in optimising landing pages, sales funnels, and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments focused on conversion optimisation
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, specifically related to sales conversion and online revenue generation
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, sales conversion, and measurement
