What you'll be doing

You’ll report directly to the Billing Manager and join our energetic SME Billing and Payments Team. Expect a workplace that’s all about collaboration, personal development and recognising your efforts.   • Master the art of billing: Create accurate, error-free bills that land on time, every time.
  • Become a detective: Dive into accounts, verify details and make sure everything is spot-on for customers who need a little extra care
  • Own the move-in, move-out process: Help customers settle in or move on smoothly by managing their account changes and queries
  • Research and resolve: Identify occupiers of sites and build evidence packs to back up your findings
  • Team up for success: Work with colleagues to tackle billing queries quickly and efficiently
  • Be a go-to-expert: Share your billing expertise with other departments, showing off your flexibility and knowledge
  • Shape the future: Get involved in process improvements, sharing your fresh ideas to make things even better
