As a Business Administration Apprentice, your role will involve providing administrative support in our Complaints team. Responsibilities may include data entry and record keeping, handling various communications, document preparation and project assistance.

No experience needed, just a positive attitude, motivation and willingness to learn.

  • Complaint handling and resolution: Record complaints accurately, investigate issues and respond to customers in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Customer outcomes: Deliver fair and consistent resolutions with a focus on service quality

What you'll bring to the role

  • Qualifications: Minimum Nat 5 Maths and Nat 5 English preferred
