We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Credit Control Advisor to join our team in Ayr. In this role, you’ll connect with customers to understand the reasons behind missed payments and support them in resolving outstanding balances. Your strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset will be key in ensuring an efficient and effective credit control process.
This role suits someone who is confident, analytical and thrives under pressure, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
