What you'll be doing

Gain hands-on experience analysing revenue, cash flow, and data trends while developing key problem-solving skills. Work on automation projects, including robotic process automation, to improve efficiency. 

Support major customers with billing and service issues, ensuring accuracy in water usage, waste treatment, and charge validation. Prepare and check invoices while identifying and resolving account discrepancies. 

Build strong customer relationships, provide tailored solutions, and help deliver fair and consistent outcomes that enhance the customer experience. 

What you'll bring to the role

A good undergraduate degree (or equivalent), ideally with a numerical focus for Analyst roles, and up to two years of experience. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex issues clearly. 

Comfortable working with numbers and calculations, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to resolution. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with Advanced Excel skills essential for Analyst roles. Experience with Idea, SQL, or other programming is a plus. Strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workload, and a mix of independent work and teamwork.
