• Earn more with performance: Monthly commission opportunities after probation
• Grow with us: 28 days’ holiday (rising to 33 with service), ongoing training, and progression opportunities
• We’ve got you covered: Receive all necessary IT, PPE, and meter reading equipment – even a van, if required in the region

What you'll be doing

• Conducting routine and special meter readings across an allocated region in the southeast of England – the allocated region is Central London and we’ll expect you to cover other regions in the Thames Valley area when required
• Investigating, reporting and escalating unique cases to support colleagues in resolving customer issues and health and safety risks
• Using your skills to capture and verify data via the mobile app which includes meter read, location and occupier details to ensure bills are accurate and reflect real usage
• Working autonomously and as part of a team to collectively achieve monthly targets
• Occasionally assisting in supply reconnections and other field tasks

• Good geographical knowledge of the Thames Valley region, but particularly of Central London, and able to use and follow GPS/satnav platforms
• A professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving
• IT competency (especially Microsoft Office) and the ability to use GPS/satnav tools
• Optional: Experience in cash collections or debt resolution is a bonus
