Sales Executive

Castle Water are looking for enthusiastic Sales Executive to work in our Sales Team. This is an exciting, fast-paced role with great training opportunities including short courses with top business schools, and the opportunity for rapid career progression. The opportunity could suit recent graduates with previous sales experience (sector experience has been gained is not too important).

As a Sales Executive, you will get the opportunity to take part in all aspects of the sales process and work as part of a high achieving, dynamic team.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and deliver pricing models for tenders.
  • Provide accurate and competitive pricing analysis.
  • Prepare customer proposals.
  • Interpret and analyse data/transactions as part of the price building process.
  • Develop/improve pricing methodologies to mitigate commercial risk whilst ensuring competitiveness and bid success rate.
  • Responsible for onboarding new customers by guiding them through the setup process, ensuring a seamless transition to customer service, and providing ongoing support to drive customer success and satisfaction
  • Assist in the preparation of data and analysis for customers, brokers and internal stakeholders across the business.
  • Work with both the Sales and Marketing teams to prepare pricing and quote templates for presenting Castle Water’s products and services.
  • Assist with lead generation.
  • Assist with contract management process.
  • Opportunity to learn from and gain experience within other Castle Water teams and input into wider business development activity.

What you'll bring to the role

  • Good undergraduate degree in an analytical subject, with up to 2 years’ experience.
  • High level of numeracy and problem-solving skills required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review complex data sets and identify discrepancies or missing information.
  • Natural affinity to numbers, analysis and demonstrating initiative and creativity.
  • Ability to simplify problems into component parts and deal with them systematically.
  • Advanced Excel user preferred.
  • Ability to be proactive and confident when supporting colleagues across the business.
  • Be highly organised, with attention to detail being a core requirement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
