ServiceNow Senior Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to address business needs and improve workflow efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions by customising and configuring ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
ServiceNow Developers also integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications, ensuring the platform’s stability, security, and scalability. Key responsibilities include development, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and ongoing support and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
ServiceNow Developers should possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, XML web services, and database concepts.
Please note that “Castle Water” ServiceNow version is not an Out of the Box but a heavily customised version.

· Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
· Customise and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
· Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems and applications.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow configurations and customisations.
· Ensure the ServiceNow platform’s stability, security, and scalability.
· Provide first and second line of support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications and integrations.
· Participate and present in meetings with Key Company Stakeholders.
· Keep abreast of ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and best practices.
· At least 2 years of practical and proven experience with the following ServiceNow modules: CSM, FSM, SPM
· At least 1 year of proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM module
· Experience with ServiceNow integrations using web services (REST, SOAP), MID Servers, and other integration methods.
· Certified Application Developer (minimum 2 years’ experience)
· Certified ServiceNow Administrator
· Minimum 1 Experience with HTML, jQuery JSON, XML and JavaScript
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· Certified Implementation Specialist
Not mandatory but beneficial:
a. Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
